In december 2021 I stayed at Rixos The Palm Dubai.
Here you can find footage of the Breakfast Buffet.
The buffet is quite complete, with loads of fruit, vegeteables, bread and pastry. Eggs in any style. You can sit both outside as inside.
I had breakfast at 8....later the buffet can/will become very crowded.
